Every Monday at 9:30 am

& Thursday at 9:30 am & 5:30 pm

in Room 3 of the Outreach Building. We will add classes as time and demand permit. The going rate for most yoga classes is $12-$15. All classes at Shining Light Yoga will be on a donation basis. This will help allow those who could not normally afford formal classes to practice also.
